On the record

Direct quotes on the record.

"You're a joke!"

A waitress in the smoking room, ~mid-March 2024 — said as a parting remark, walking away, unprompted, after an exchange over a dish recommendation from a member of Playground's VIP host program. Other patrons in the smoking room visibly reacted.

"a note that a Poker Manager Placed the Note."

A male manager on duty at the cage, October 5, 2024, ~6 AM — read verbatim from the only internal note on file, only after the patron (who had just discovered the ban when his card would not read at a slot machine on arrival) pressed him repeatedly for any information. This note reference is the only cause-attribution the licensee has ever provided. Source: Outlook-preserved .eml files from the patron's own 9:07 AM and 9:35 AM escalation emails sent the same morning from home.

Additional direct quotes from operator personnel are attributed by role throughout /the-record and /correspondence. Personal names of operator personnel and executives referenced on this site are limited to those already present on the public record via the patron's own 2024 outgoing executive emails (preserved in the correspondence archive).
