Every executive-level email sent. The March 2024 messages were written before any ban existed — they are the escalation of the original customer-service complaint about the waitress incident, by a still-active patron trying to reach senior leadership. The October 2024 messages were written after the patron drove two hours to the venue and discovered, at a slot machine that would not read his card, that a ban had been silently placed during the preceding months of executive silence. The three April 14, 2026 messages — Final Written Request to Playground, Follow-up to the WPT, and Formal Complaint to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission — were sent within a two-minute window from the patron's own Outlook Sent Items.
