Thank you for the Commission's reply of 2026-04-28.

Following the Commission's referral, I have written to Playground Poker Club today at the addresses provided, declaring willingness to discuss the matter by telephone or video, and requesting that a partial written baseline on the basic facts be placed on the record in advance of any conversation.

I will update the Commission on the outcome of that exchange in due course.
