Following the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's 2026-04-28 referral — request for written specifics and proposed conversation

Dear Sir or Madam,

This letter responds to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's referral of 2026-04-28, in which the Commission communicated Playground Poker Club's position that my current access restriction is a temporary measure intended to be resolved through a conversation with the licensee, and directed me to your addresses.

I am prepared to discuss this matter by telephone or in a video meeting, in a professional and courteous manner. I am generally available between 09:00 and 18:00 Eastern, Monday through Friday, and can accommodate evenings or weekends if needed. Please provide a direct phone number for either of you, or a calendar link, so that a meeting time can be confirmed.

Given the duration of the restriction and the absence of written communication to date, please provide written answers to the following items prior to our conversation:

1. The date on which the access restriction was placed on my player account. 2. The recorded reason or incident reference, if any, associated with the restriction. 3. The role of the individual who authorized the restriction. A role title is sufficient. 4. The scope of the restriction — whether it applies only to the poker room, to the entire Playground property including the slot floor, and whether it extends to affiliated tournament events such as the 2026 WSOP Circuit scheduled at Playground from 10 to 25 May 2026. 5. The conditions, if any, that the licensee considers necessary for restoration of my full access. 6. Confirmation of whether any portion of my access has already been restored as of today.

Please indicate in your reply which items will be addressed in writing in advance and which will be reserved for the conversation.

I will follow up in writing on the day of our conversation to confirm what was discussed and any agreed next steps, and I will keep the Commission informed of the outcome as it has requested.
