Dear Mackenzie,
Thank you for your prompt reply. I am pleased to accept the offer of a meeting and to work with you and Martin toward a resolution.
Before the meeting, so that our conversation can focus on substantive resolution rather than basic fact-gathering, I would appreciate written confirmation of three items from my 2026-04-28 letter:
1. The date on which the access restriction was placed on my player account. 2. The scope of the restriction — whether it applies to the poker room only, to the entire Playground property, and whether it extends to the 2026 WSOP Circuit scheduled at Playground from 10 to 25 May 2026. 3. Whether any portion of my access has been restored as of today.
These three items are factual baseline points and should be straightforward to provide in writing in advance. The remaining items from my prior letter — the recorded reason or incident reference, the role of the individual who authorized the restriction, and any conditions associated with restoration of full access — can reasonably be reserved for the conversation itself.
I will be travelling to Toronto for a professional engagement next week and my schedule is therefore tighter than usual. To keep the meeting efficient, I would propose a thirty-minute video meeting in one of the following Eastern-time afternoon windows:
* Tuesday, 5 May, 16:30 – 17:00 * Wednesday, 6 May, 16:30 – 17:00 * Thursday, 7 May, 16:30 – 17:00
A video meeting (Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or Zoom) is preferable to a phone call. If none of the three windows above is workable for you and Martin, please propose alternative afternoon slots in the same week and I will do my best to accommodate.
As I noted in my prior letter, I will follow up in writing on the day of our conversation to confirm what was discussed and any agreed next steps.
